Course description

Behavioral Health in Cancer Care – Video Learning Module

This module provides an overview of the behavioral and psychosocial aspects of cancer care within integrated healthcare settings. Through brief video content and guided learning, participants will understand how cancer impacts emotional well-being, coping, treatment adherence, and quality of life. The module emphasizes the role of integrated care teams in identifying distress, delivering brief, evidence-based interventions, and supporting patients and families across the cancer continuum—from diagnosis through survivorship or end-of-life care. Learners will explore how behavioral health integration improves outcomes, enhances patient experience, and supports whole-person care
