Participants will learn how to effectively use daily huddles and the SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) framework to support real-time decision-making, streamline workflows, and enhance interprofessional collaboration. This course emphasizes how structured communication improves care for complex patients, reduces fragmentation, and supports whole-person care delivery
